DARA Clubhouse 6619 Belefontaine Rd Huber Heights, OH 45424 Walk-ins Accepted 1) If upgrading please bring your current amateur radio license or a copy; any applicable CSCE(s) or other paperwork; that can be used for verification, credit, and grandfathering.
2) A government issued photo ID (i.e. driver's license).
3) Testing will be in DARA Clubhouse Classroom 1 & 2.
4) Please obtain a Federal Registration Number (FRN) from https://apps.fcc.gov/coresWeb/publicHome.do
5) If your require special need please notify POC two weeks prior to test date.
